Invited on multiple occasions as a guest on local radio programs, interviewed by university digital media about TechClub UPCT and EncuentraSport, and featured in press coverage of my Bachelor’s thesis on financial data analysis platforms for fintech startups.
EncuentraSport — a student-run junior enterprise that transforms sports expertise into services and digital products. I lead the Engineering team to deliver platforms, analytics and client solutions.
Building and leading technical communities has been central to my development. From Microsoft Student Partner to TechClub UPCT coordinator and EncuentraSport technical lead, I’ve learned that great ideas need strong teams and collaborative ecosystems to thrive.

As consultant for the Microsoft‑ENCAMINA Chair and coordinator of the UPCT TechClub, I presented the Club’s mission and the first set of activities we will run. The UPCT–Microsoft–ENCAMINA alliance seeks to foster local talent by connecting academic learning with industry practice, and the TechClub is one of the Chair’s key initiatives to make that connection concrete.

I presented a talk on the challenges and solutions in modern data engineering, exploring how organisations can move from having abundant data to actually deriving actionable insights from it. The title “Data, Data Everywhere…” references the paradox that many companies find themselves drowning in data yet struggling to extract meaningful value—much like the Ancient Mariner surrounded by water but unable to drink.

On November 26th, I had the privilege of returning to my alma mater, the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT), to deliver a guest lecture to final-year students in the Data Science degree program. The session focused on “Professional Roles, Skills, and Career Paths in Data & AI: An Industry Perspective” - sharing real-world insights about the data industry and helping students navigate their upcoming transition from academia to professional practice.
